(Amman, Feb. 24, 2015) In an endeavor to support national efforts toward supporting underprivileged communities in the Kingdom, particularly during the recent extreme weather conditions, Central Trade and Auto (CTA) — the exclusive Toyota dealer in the Kingdom — delivered staple food packages to the benefactors of several charity organizations in the Kingdom, particularly those targeted by Caritas Jordan.   The delivery efforts, which took place within CTA’s recently launched Toyota Donation Drive initiative, enjoyed the participation of a substantial number of the company’s employees.   According to CTA, the initiative came as part of the company’s long-term social responsibility strategy, through which it seeks to deliver measurable value to the local community and to support the less fortunate under any circumstances. The company believes that its responsibility extends beyond the delivery of the latest products of its associated auto brands to include playing an active role in sustainable development efforts nationwide.   Founded in 1999, CTA has a longstanding track record of initiatives geared toward empowering various sectors of the local community, and has become a shining example of a private sector entity committed to making a viable contribution to the empowerment of its local community, with a staunch focus on human development.
